- Services: We offer residential and commercial cleaning, including general, deep, move-in/out, and office cleaning. Add-ons like carpet or window cleaning are available upon request.
- Bookings & Cancellations: Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- Payments: Full payment is due after service. We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments. Late payments may incur a fee.
- Access & Safety: Clients must ensure safe access to the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
- Satisfaction: Not satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll fix the issue at no extra cost.
- Liability: We are not liable for pre-existing damage. Any damage caused during service must be reported within 24 hours.
- Privacy: Client information is kept confidential and secure.
- Updates: Terms may change and will be updated on this page.
